\u201cHe heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.\u201d<\/strong>
\u2014 Psalm 147:3<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Some pains do not show on the body.
They hide deep inside the heart \u2014 in memories, disappointments, betrayals, failures, and silent tears shed when no one is watching. You may smile outside, work normally, talk kindly \u2014 yet inside, something aches.<\/p>\n

Inner pain is often heavier than physical pain because it has no bandage, no medicine, and no visible sign. People may not understand it, but God does.<\/p>\n

The Bible reminds us that the Lord does not ignore hidden suffering. He sees what others cannot. When the world says, \u201cBe strong,\u201d God says, \u201cCome to Me.\u201d<\/p>\n

Jesus never asked wounded people to fix themselves before approaching Him. He welcomed the broken, the ashamed, the exhausted, and the hurting. He touched lepers, forgave sinners, comforted mourners, and restored souls that had given up hope.<\/p>\n

Many of us carry pain from the past \u2014 words spoken harshly, relationships lost, dreams shattered, or prayers that seemed unanswered. Over time, this pain hardens into fear, anger, or self-doubt. We begin to believe that healing is impossible.<\/p>\n

But healing in God\u2019s presence is not about forgetting the past \u2014 it is about no longer being controlled by it.<\/p>\n

Jesus heals from the inside out.
He enters the places we try to hide \u2014 the loneliness, the regret, the guilt \u2014 and gently replaces them with peace.<\/p>\n

Sometimes healing happens instantly.
Sometimes it comes slowly, layer by layer.<\/p>\n

But every time you sit in God\u2019s presence, something inside you is restored.<\/p>\n

You may not feel strong today.
You may not feel joyful yet.<\/p>\n

That\u2019s okay.<\/p>\n

Faith is not pretending everything is fine \u2014 it is trusting God even when it hurts.<\/p>\n

This morning, let your heart rest. You don\u2019t need perfect words. You don\u2019t need long prayers. Just whisper His name. Even your tears can become a prayer.<\/p>\n

Remember this truth:
God does not rush your healing.
He walks with you through it.<\/p>\n

The same hands that were pierced on the cross are still healing hearts today.<\/p>\n

And one day, you will look back and realize \u2014 the pain that almost broke you became the place where God met you most deeply.<\/p>\n

Prayer<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Heavenly Father,
You see the pain hidden within my heart \u2014 the wounds I cannot explain, the tears I cannot speak. This morning, I place them all into Your loving hands. Heal me where I am hurting. Restore what was broken inside me. Replace my fear with peace, my sorrow with hope, and my weakness with Your strength. Touch my heart, Lord, and make me whole again. I trust You with my healing journey.
